KKK IN SYDENHAM?

I came across this strange scene the other day in my new neighbourhood of Sydenham and, as always, I had my camera and made a picture. I was quite disturbed by it was was wondering what it meant. Was it a youthful slang term or a gang tag? Or was it referencing something more sinister?
